The sample display
This displays the currently loaded sample, along with any detected slice points
(shown by vertical lines). To move a slice point, move the mouse to the bottom
right of it (the pointer will change), hold the left mouse button down and drag
left or right. To show or disable the icons, use the toolbar
at the right hand side.
If the select segment tool is chosen, click a segment to select and play it. Hold
down SHIFT and the left mouse button to zoom in; conversely, CTRL + the left mouse
button zooms out. If you have a wheel on your mouse, you can use it to scroll
around the sample.
If enabled in the options, pressing the right mouse
button brings up the zoom / play menu.
Selection bar
Shows the currently selected segment, and the current area of the sample being
displayed (according to the settings in the 'View' menu).
On the top half, click the left mouse button to zoom into a segment, or right
mouse to zoom out. On the bottom half, click and drag the left mouse button to
scroll the sample, or click and drag the right to zoom in or out.
Locator bar
Click and drag the left and right (L and R) locators to define the start and
end of the looped sample. Clicking the left or right button on this region with
CTRL held down will move the locator directly to that position.
